I’m taking advantage of my Mexican holidays to try to introduce you some of my favorite places in this beautiful country that saw me grow.
As I mentioned before, when I come visit for the holidays, I do so with the main objective to spend quality time with my loved ones; that means I don’t get to visit and photograph many places around.
But I decided I would show you the few I do get the time to visit, nonetheless.
Of course there’s hundreds of places that are worth mentioning! Some I know, and some remain in my bucket list… My objective would be to discover at least one new place each time I visit Mexico.
(Although between me and you… Ideally, I would get hired with the task to travel around Mexico, photographing diverse towns and their local cuisines, people and culture with the objective to promote tourism. That would be my dream job!)
This time around I will get to know Chihuahua, so I’m really looking forward to share that with you.
In the meantime I want to introduce you to San Miguel de Allende, a colorful and charming little town located in the Estate of Guanajuato (also designated a World Heritage Site)… this place is beautiful all around, full of colors and stunning architecture like that of the Parish Church.
This town is full of history, having witnessed many crucial events linked to Mexico’s Independence.
Overall, it is a town that has so much to offer!
I’ll let you discover the beauty of this place, through some photos from my last visit.
I hope you enjoy them!
