So here’s the second part of my New York photos from days 4 and 5 this past february!
DAY 4
Since I was worried to ruin Flo’s opportunity to really get to know NY (since it was his first time there), I decided that we should skip street style altogether, so we grabed breakfast and went to the MoMA, my favorite museum <3 We kinda visited it in an express mode since we also wanted to get to wander around the city afterwards; and so we allowed ourselves to get lost around the West Village, SoHo, Tribeca and China Town only to finish the day by having an amazing Matcha Latte and some savory treats at Chalait.
Funny thing is, most nights we finished quite early and I think it was because of the weather. Maybe it doesn’t really make sense but I think the temperatures really beat us up, so by 10pm we were usually exhausted and wanted nothing but to go back to the apartment… so in the end we skipped a couple of outings and events but still was perfect.
DAY 5
Gosh was it hard to get out of bed this day! We woke up early to go shoot Michael Kors Street Style followed by Jeremy Scott and Hugo Boss.
After Michael Kors, we decided to take a little break and have a hearty brunch at Two Hands (which has officially become my favorite place in Manhattan), then because we were enjoying ourselves too much, ended up arriving quite late to shoot Jeremy Scott’s Street style, which meant we only got a few shots and then headed for Hugo Boss (which was kind of unnecessary cause the location wasn’t that great)… Since the last show was at the Financial District we just decided to profit and go see the One World Trade Center and have a stroll at Battery Park. On our way back we stopped at Chelsea Market, and finished the day at Broadway with the presentation of Les Misérables.

Hi Ylenia,
We love absolutely love your blog and your shot of Two Hands (we’re so happy you like it) and we wanted to ask if we could use it on our website and also offer it to TimeOut NY to use in an article they are writing on us. Let me know if that’s possible.
Thanks so much,
Giles
Hi Giles, thank you for writing, I’m really glad you like the blog and the photo I took at Two Hands.
Usually I charge for the use of my photos, but sure I could agree on you guys using the photo and providing it to TimeOut as long as they credit it properly (name & link to this website)…
If you agree with that, then you can go ahead and use it :)
Either way, please let me know what you decide.
Thanks for passing by!
