Those of you who are sweet to read me often know that since I am obviously not this big trend-setter but more of a fashion enjoyer (although I still keep my hopes up to one day not have budgetary constraints and let my inner fashionista reveal itself to the maximum), I try to bring to the table a little bit more than the fashion part.
I love photography and so does Flo, so you have no idea how much love and effort we put into each and every outfit post we shoot to not only show you what I’m wearing but to exploit the beautiful city we live in and to tell a story (without literally doing so).
Today’s post was shot in Place Vendôme, a very chic square with the most luxurious jewellery shops and the famous Ritz hotel where Gabrielle Chanel lived for a period of her life.
I was hoping to take beautiful panoramic photos with the column but it was under travaux among other façades in the square, so that limited us a bit… thankfully Chanel & Dior’s façades were ok ;)
So these photos are an ode to chic shopping in this elite Parisian landmark… a black & white outfit plus red nails and lips would do the trick!
Hope you like them!
